In December, together with the School Without Walls, the Christian organization “Paracletos” organized an inspiring session on “Teamwork”. The speaker was Pavel Tokarchuk, an experienced mentor and leader, who shared his knowledge about the importance of unity and cooperation in Christian ministry.

The session was dedicated to the key principles of teamwork, such as mutual understanding, trust, distribution of roles and supporting each other in achieving a common goal. Pavel Tokarchuk illustrated how these principles help not only in ministry, but also in everyday life, making teams stronger and more effective.

The participants of the session received valuable practical advice and inspiration to build strong teams that can overcome any challenges. In an atmosphere of openness and unity, everyone was able to ask questions, share experiences and find new ideas for working together.
